Kawasaki FX1000V engines

Seems to be some serious issues with certain serial numbers of the above. Around 90 hours the camshaft bites the dust. And oil use seems to be very high on these engines. Anyone here ran in such issues?

Personally haven't seen any of these engines but here to the Kawasaki Technical Bulletin on it that I found online.
