As for standing your head it seems to be getting a lot hardier working automobiles. I can't even my places where the problems are. On a S10 I had to partially pull the engine just to get a bolt so I remove the head.

Try a 2002 Ford pickup with Windsor 351 .. have to lift the cab body off the frame to pull engine.. have to pull engine to pull heads.

One time I was driving on I-295 somewhere here in Jersey, and I was out in the "hammer lane" as the truckers would say. A guy in a Smart Car came up behind me and tried to intimidate me into getting out of his way by tailgating. It immediately struck me as being hilarious, and I got out of his way just to show him how hard I was laughing! What was that old song?
God forbid a tractor trailer ever creamed one of those.
