I had a good one the other day,customer brings in 1 year old craftsman 247-881731 snow blower with a Powermore 208cc & says that it stopped running just petered out & wouldn't restart,I could tell that the eng. wasn't making compression so I R&R the valve cover & found that the int.valve spring retainer was installed upside down,reinstalled the retainer & set lash,eng.started & ran fine. :o

Ya gotta wonder what goes on in the factories, I guess. I've not been too impressed with the Powermore. Mostly gas problems, but their quality doesn't impress me.
