Karcher pressure washer not drawing soap

Hi
Karcher model: HD 2.5/30 CH
The soap is not being injected into the stream. I've checked the "siphon tube & filter" and they're both clean & clear. I'm using the black nozzle (low pressure) and the soap is not being drawn up into the pump.
any ideas?

Follow the siphon hose to the pump and remove that fitting. Be careful, there is a check ball and a spring under it. The fitting could break, depending on the chemical that has been running through it. The check ball could be stuck and/or pitted (also depending on the chemical). Check ball can be found at a hardware store.
High pressure nozzle overcomes the spring and the water goes out the nozzlw w/o the soap. When low pressure nozzle is used, the spring allows the soap through.

before you pull the ball, connect garden hose, hp hose and gun, turn water on, bleed air out thru gun, use tooth pick and push down thru the chemical nipple, water should then come out the chemical injector, water should stop when tooth pick removed, try this couple times, if ok, start unit and test again with black tip

post the karcher model/part number, located on tag on frame next to engine, ( 1.694-601.0 ) in this format

I have checked everything out on my pressure washer and the soap still does not get drawn up into the stream??
any thoughts?
i've checked the line & it's clean
i've checked the filter & it's clean as well
i've taken off the fitting for the soap feed, the ball bearing & O ring are fine...
i've used the low pressure tip (black) and still no soap being drawn up.
can't figure this one out on my own

Have you remove item 8 and check for clogging here? Notice in the center there is a hole and whole area maybe clogged from old soap corrosion.
