Honda Date of Manufacture

I am working on a Honda EM500 generator. I cannot find the engine model number. I have looked all over the engine and nameplates. I am trying to determine the date of manufacture so I can get correct parts. The only number I found was stamped on the engine and it is 1156414. Any help would be appreciated.

I only found 2 IPL listings for the EM500. Part list covers all years of unit.

It dont matter - on a Honda branded generator with a Honda engine, you look up the engine parts under the *generator* frame serial, as the engines are built for that particular generator. You need the serial number off the generator , not off the engine, to get the right parts list.
