Need info

Hi I just acquired a craftsmen tractor model 91725720. What I need to know is what engine does this unit have Briggs, kolher? I cannot read the tag on engine. I think it's 626A378. Any help appreciated.

Appears to be 1973 ST10 with a 10HP Tecmuseh Horizontal engine if it hasn't been changed out. The 626A378 is listed as a short block that is NLA even under the newer number of 758150A.


You need to some more digging on your end to find one it.

Thanks starfire that is just the info I needed, engine looks original and actually runs pretty good. I was figuring I'd have to rebuild the carb and was curious as to what manufacturer to start looking for parts.
I'll try to get some pic up in the next few days.
