Echo Service Bulletin 06-25

Does anyone have this bulletin. I have an Echo 210 srm trimmer that someone played with Idle Throttle Needle. Need to know base setting. Thank You!

there's no 06-25 relevant to SRM-210 you may mean SB 06-15 R1 06-25 is for Hedge Clippers
Mixture screws (both) are 1-1/2 turns out, Idle adjust screw is 2-5/8 turns in after it contacts throttle lever.
