Carb Kits for 2 Tecumseh LEV's

Postby JonCraig » Mon Apr 07, 2014 8:03 pm

On a Weed Eater brush trimmer thing… like a string trimmer on steroids… belt driven with two rear wheels. Anyway… I promise I've tried googling this, but I cannot for the life of me find a carb kit part number for this thing.

Anybody have an IPL?

Model No.: LEV115 350190E
Engine Family YTPXS 1851BB
Date of Manu: 1059 V

---

And while I'm at it, I have a push mower with the following specs that ALSO needs a kit:

Model: LEV120 361020A (D) <--this "D" is off to the side… maybe it's a revision or something?
Family: VTP195U1G1SA
Date of Manu: 8037 J

Thanks in advance!

Brilliant! I was becoming frustrated at not finding the carb kit number on the IPL… didn't think of using IPL to get carb number, THEN googling for the kit off that. :D

Note: If you happen to need a float for these there is a new version out by Tecumseh. It is plastic and the part number is 632816.

This should help in yer rebuild endeavor : http://outdoorpowerinfo.com/repairs/#id_tecumseh
Pay attention to the main nozzle upper O ring, it will sometimes stick inside the carb and ya gotta scrape it out with a small screwdriver. Lube the O rings with a dab of any ol' grease. I lube the bowl O ring/seal also.
