Kohler CH22

I need apicture of a kohler ch22 pto clutch installed on this engine. Took it off 6 months ago and i am not sure how to put it back on the engine.I dont know how to bolt it back on. Appreciate any help. Thanks, Gepp

PTO clutches are specific to the equipment, would be more helpful if you have equipment make, model, serial we could link you a parts diagram

Machine is a 2002 Toro 5xi series garden tractor. model #73561 ,Ser. # 20000242 with a kohler command ch22s engine. I would also like to know how to set valves before trying to start engine. I appreciate any and all info i can get . memory just isnt the same at 75 anymore. thanks, gepp

Yet another delay on moving...

geppsr, The Kohler CH22 (CH22S-PS-66545) has hydraulic lifters so the valves are not adjustable. As for the PTO clutch it is simply held on by one bolt and has a clutch retainer pin (item 27) that must engaged in PTO Clutch hub to prevent it from spinning around. PTO retaining bolt is torqued around 50-55 ft lbs. Don't forget to put the clutch spacer on first (item 28).
