I have a Husqvarna chain saw 338xpt with a zama carb c1q el 33a part#544160901 I put a new carb on and it does not still run right. the carb has 2 metal adjustment screws with looks like limit caps when I got this new carb I not knowing pushed on these caps .looks like only on they went past small metal ball bearings.looks like only 1/2 turn now. is this correct ? or some other issues here? gordy.

Well......NOW ya did it!! You were supposed to fine tune the adjustments ( a new carb usually doesn't need much tweeking) THEN push the limiter caps in! Yeah, the caps LIMIT the amount of adjustments to about a half turn or so. So now ya gotta pull the caps off and fine tune it and put some new caps on.
