Stihl 026 Pro Oil Pump Issues

When turn it all the way to right the screw was getting hung up so I had to force it. After that and trying it there was no change. Still not pumping enough oil. Oil pump must be wore out and needs replaced. While the oil pump is off I put a leakdown tester on it to see where my vaccum leak is coming also. I was its either the carb boot or clutch side seal as common failure on this model.

Update:

Found a leaking oil line going out to the bar mounts. Is the plastic worm gear supposed to stay in place when the retainer clip is on it? Mine comes off without removing the retainer clip.
