Homelite fuel tank part number A04447D and 308123004 is NLA. Anybody know what outside diameter of Homelite 94772-99 is? The inside diameter is 1/8in.

Dave, I get several hits on the Homelite 308123004 tank at places like Jacks Small Engine, Sears, and Fleabay. Try emailing Jacks on the availability; I haven't had to order a tank since last year.

The fuel line is probably the gray Homelite line that is 3/32" (.093"), OD 13/64" (.203"). HL P/N 7031098. Tygon has a line close but the inside is too loose for the carburetor fittings and the outside is also too loose for the tank.

Here is some aftermarket part numbers that replaces the Homelite 7031098:
OREGON 07-266
Sunbelt B1SB8645
Rotary 8645

I do believe I have a few of those on the shelf also, along with the fuel line. Will have to check in the morning and see if we have 'em - I know Homelite has changed the number a few times and the old numbers are showing as NLA/Obsolete and don't give a current number, and I can get you line measurements

Found out the Homelite 94772-99 fuelline is 1/8in .125 ID and OD is .196 5mm

Fractions was my weak area in math when I was school so I have no what .196 is in a fraction.

You probably meant .196 of an inch. if so then it is 25/128" (5mm) according to my caliper.

One thing to note here is when I have replace the old tanks with the new version the lines don't always fit tight on the carburetor connections and require using an splicer fitting so you can use an smaller line going to carburetor. I use the Stens 120-858 for this or one that saved from other fuel repairs.
