This sears rolled (sort of, the brake is jammed) in the shop last week with a note attached to it. Finally got around to look at it.

Complaint: "Only runs on one speed - HIGH and it sounds like its going to explode. all else is fine"

First thing I noticed was an added lightweight spring to return the choke to open position. OK, seems like choke return spring may be broken.. so we pull the top off the engine for a better look.



Well obviously someone's tried to fix it.. do you see the problem?

Got to be kidding.....roterubrac besides the other things. Just proves they will run that way just not right.

EDIT: BTW I just found size engine my Walbro LMT 97 goes on and what Nozzle goes in it. (28 CI)

I never realized they would go on backwards! Those people need to get and use a camera or stay away from complex machines such as wheel barrows!
