463707-0168-e1 No load max rpm?

What is max no load rpm for the 433707-0168-E1 engine? Customer replaced the control arm so there is no wear marks to go by. Got setting between 2700 and 4000.

Also does anyone have PDF copy of the Briggs MS-4052?

3400 rpm. What does the MS4052 cover? I can't find it on the Power Portal.

All I know it is the service sales manual and supposedly have most of the engine specs in it per the Twin L-head repair manual. The reason you couldn't find the power portal (which I already tried there too) it is an obsolete manual for the older engines. The only copy I found on the net is where around $90 for a copy and I don't need it that bad...

Well most all engines have their RPM specs in the power portal if you can look up the parts for them, under the replacement section there's often the top no load spec listed.

Anything much older than that, you can often find the generic specs in the antique engines manual, I believe.
