kawasaki FD-620

I have a Kawasaki FD-620 engine.

It needs new front and rear crank seals.

Where is a good place to buy the seals and pan gasket?

John Deere, perhaps.. me, I'd go find a parts lookup to make sure I got the right seal part numbers (there's a few variations) and then go check ebay, amazon, and google with a search on those exact part numbers and there ya go.

What he said. Get yer part numbers here :http://kawpower.com/engines then go huntin'.
As an aside, I just placed a large Echo order with this joint : http://www.sepw.com/kawasaki-parts.aspx after much online huntin'. Found them to be cheaper, in total, than fleabay ( which I use a lot) or other vendors.
